		<description><![CDATA[Aside from the 43rd thread of the month debating the virtues of "Clips vs. Flats" BMX Technology has not had a true shakeup since the Kastan Blade Fork over a decade ago.  Well, if this tidbit from formatmag.com is any indication, the debate a decade from now may be "Hubs or Hubless?"  Russian Graphic Designer Nikolay Boltachev has developed the above concept, which features "magnetic bearings" where the fork presumably rides along the outside of the wheel in a mag-lev fashion.  It's all pure fantasy at this point, but way-cool to star at and think about the 2020 Olympians gating up on one of these puppies.]]></description>
