One license good for all tracks. I'd think of that as a gain.

How is that a gain for any ABA tracks where there isn't an NBL track within a 1,000 miles?
How is it a loss?
I wasn't speaking of tracks, I was thinking more about riders. If you happen to be visiting somewhere and want to bring a bike, you don't have to worry about what sanction it is.

Remember folks, it ain't about what 3 letters of the alphabet run a track, the most important 3 letters are B-M-X. It seems like a good move for now, maybe we can all move past the shenanigans of past & I don't just mean on here, I mean @ the administrative level (sanctions). My brotherly advice to all is to keep an eye on this, make sure it benefits the RACERS
