Crazy for Caroline
Caroline Buchanan is one of the most media-friendly athletes in our sport. Yesterday, BMX News sister site, bmxedits.com, featured a full-run streamer of a TV show that ran on Australian TV (see below). We’ve had this tearsheet from Australian Muscle & Fitness since July 15, but this seemed a great time to finally post it up.
In the piece, she got a cover-callout, and two pages of action shots (both on the track and in the gym–we especially like the two by “Joey” Landrum). The story gives us a peek into her training regime, which only pauses on Saturday, and talks nutrition as well (with proper plugs for sponsor Power Bar right where they should be).
The content is not so much “news” to us that know her, but we love it when BMX stars are recognized by non-BMX media, so we thought we’d bring it to you.
