Jeff Glynn, Generalissimo of the Monster Army BMX Racing Team sent in this report on his two top operatives’ performance at the recent NBL Grand national.

While most of the team was in Reno, Nevada for the ABA Blackjack Nationals, two of the Monster Army BMX Race Team made their way to Louisville, Kentucky for the NBL Grand National.

Shay Glynn (14 Girl, above) competing in her first NBL race in 2 years was absolutely dominant. While she wasn’t eligible for any year-end titles, she competed in the NBL’s biggest race of the year coming away with Main Event wins in class and cruiser.

Cole Tesar came back from injury to retain both NBL titles
Cole Tesar (14 Expert), fresh off of a broken shoulder suffered in Nashville, went to Louisville hoping to salvage his season. He did just that. Making a pass at the finish line to win his class and collect the National #1 title for 14 boys. Later that day Cole managed only a 5th place finish in cruiser, but that would be enough to secure his second National #1 title of the year.
