Watch the debut of BMX at the Olympics on NBC
August 14, 2008 by BMXNEWS.COM Editors
BMX Racing is set to make it's 'unpredictable' debut at the 2008 Olympic Games. On a pure competitive level, the Games will have a few motofills but it will be sweet to have millions of newbies watching. NBC's Kenan Harkin, who raced as a kid, will be the NBC color guy and his task will be to make the sport look good. No word on how much LIVE coverage BMX will get on NBC as it be sharing time slots with the Women's Beach Volleyball final, athletics and marathon swimming. Maybe we'll get to see switch-backs from USA's May/Walsh getting sandy and the BMXer's getting dirty. Times converted into PST for your viewing pleasure.
Tuesday, August 19 – Laoshan BMX Track
