Murray Speaks to Crowd at Benefit Hosted by Nastazio

Pro BMX rider Cory "Nasty" Nastazio hosted a fun-filled benefit for injured friend and fellow rider Stephen Murray at his home in Tehachapi, CA on Saturday (October 6). Many BMX pros showed up to show their support including Jay Miron, Joey Garcia, Tim "Fuzzy Hall" TJ Lavin, Adam Aloise, Luke Parslow, James Foster, Diogo Canina, TJ Ellis, Ryan "Biz" Jordan, Joey "Whitesnake" Marks, Sean Logan, Chris Gerber and more.

More than 300 people attended the event and $15,000 was raised, all of which is going to help purchase a new wheelchair for Murray. Peter Dericks from Vans also presented a check for $10,000 from Vans Canada and Vans UK. … complete story at – lat34.com

A lot of great events have gone down in BMX to help raise funds for Stephen Murray and his family after his accident at the Baltimore Dew Tour. This past weekend, Cory Nastazio hosted a benefit jam at his private trails, and tons of riders came out to show their support.Cory Nastazio is the man he threw a Jam to raise money for his Best Friend Stephen Murray. He also threw a wet t-shirt contest in freezing weather only Cory could pull that off! His Mom Angel was in charge of sign ups how cool is that? Can you say ice cold. Anyways Cory put a lot of work in to making a dam good night so much fun!
