Formula signs World Junior Champion – Yvan Lapraz

FORMULA SIGNS YVAN LAPRAZ, JR MEN’S WORLD CHAMP – El Cajon, California – Formula Bicycle Company is pleased to announce that Swiss Jr. Men’s racer and 2007 Jr. Men’s World Champion, Yvan Lapraz, is now part of it’s already stellar factory team. Lapraz joins Donny Robinson and Alise Post on perhaps the most powerful Factory team around. “I’m stoked to have a racer of Yvan’s caliber on board,” said Will Rells, Formula’s Brand Manager. “He is definitely a world-class rider, and showed it in Canada this year.”

Yvan will be aboard Formula’s brand-new 2008 Nucleus race frames, size Pro Plus. “I have already put together my race bike and practice bike and I really like them,” says Lapraz. First up for Yvan on his new bikes will be the UCI Supercross race in France next weekend. Make sure to check out Yvan’s profile on www.go211.com .

Formula’s brand-new Nucleus Series race frames come in 30 sizes to make sure there’s a perfect fit for any rider. Available in heat treated 6061-T6 aluminum, the new 08 frames feature fluted CNC dropouts, CNC machined seat stay and chainstay bridges, and CNC machined headtubes. Plus, all new butted tubes are utilized from front to rear to save weight. The ’08 frames are now IN STOCK, ready for same day shipment!
