Wildman is Crazy!

So I was riding to the gym the other day down Beach Blvd. in Huntington Beach. It was a pretty nice day. Sun was shining, my shirt was off. Had my sunglasses on. Just cruisin' down Beach Blvd being the cool guy i am & hittin' all of my regular curb jumps & manualin' across the streets & stuff. Even had a few dudes in a pickup hootin' & hollerin' about my radness. I looked over, gave 'em the head nod "what up" & then cranked across Ellis Ave & boosted the curb table top in front of Jack In The Box. Landed & hit the next curb & was goin' for a manual to the end of the car wash driveway. But a car was pulled out into the sidewalk. So being the bad-ass dude I am, I figured I'd just manual right around the back of the car & back onto the sidewalk. Well, as soon as I went around the back of the car & onto the car wash lot & tried to turn, my rear wheel washed out quicker than you could say greased moose poop!

Man, I slid & slid & slid. I think both feet were still on the pedals & the only thing touching the ground was my calve, my hand, & the end of my pedal. I was up in a quick second giggling in embarrassment. The pavement wasn't wet, but after years & years of car wash & wax stuff hittin' the ground, it was pretty slippery.

I continued on to the gym, but realized that I'd be a bloody health hazard if I got on any of the machines in there. So I just continued on & went on a beach ride all the way down the beach path & then hit up Sheep Hills. That's right Sheep Hills is still around.

Oh, and my sunglasses stayed on the whole time. Cause I'm cool like that….
