UNBOUND ENERGY FACTORY BMX TEAM MAKES A STATEMENT AT PHOENIX

The UnbounD Energy/Intense Factory BMX Team made their 2007 season debut this last weekend in Phoenix, Arizona for the ABA Winter Nationals. The new Thor gear supplied by MotocrossGiant.com proved to be some of the sickest gear on the circuit. Jerseys from H & S Sportswear were the talk of the track with the untraditional colors and unique designs.
The UnbounD Energy Pro Team got off to a fast start on Saturday. Mikey Brabant and Stephanie Barragan were out front in nearly all of their motos and semis. Stephanie ended up with a podium finish (3rd) on Saturday, while Mikey struggled with luck, being involved in crashes during 2 of the 3 mains. Mikey took home a respectable 5th in the elite class of BMX, AA Pro.

In the Expert Amateur classes, Johnny “Rocket” Woodmansee took the win Sunday in the 17-18 expert class with Julio Fierro picking up another podium in the 19-27 expert class with 44 riders! Kris Fox took the win in 17 over open and backed it up with a 2nd the next day. Veronika Gulvin once again dominated the girls classes with a Double-Double with wins in class and cruiser both days.
Other Podium finishes for the weekend included Shayona Glynn in 11 girls, Robert Gulvin in 11 expert, Brandon Tizon in 15 expert, and Nathan Miller in 16 expert.
