Barcelonta BMX gets a face lift for RM59 Tropical National

“Every year the BMX Tracks in Puerto Rico get more rain than any tracks in the States. So it was time for a change at the premier track in Puerto Rico, Barcelonta BMX. The Riders, Track officials and volunteers have been working very hard to get the track ready for the RM59 Tropical National at the end of January. And the biggest upgrade they have made this year was adding asphalt to the turns and starting hill. Rain wont wash away the track anymore and the maintenance wont slow down the Puerto Ricans on race days. Tom Ritz will be in PR very soon putting the final touches on the track for the National.”..
