“The NBL’s President’s Cup kicked off three days of race action at the Columbus Convention Center with bang and Ohio was finally able to take away the title from Florida in dramatic style. Both states earned the required 10 wins so the tie breaker went to total wins and Ohio came out on top. Top 3 – Ohio, Florida, Indiana Elite Series / UCI recap: Intense’s Danny Caluag proved his staying power by earning his first double winning the UCI and Elite Open mains. Kuwahara’s Matt Pohlkamp and teamate Warwick Stevenson topped off the podium in the UCI event. Redline’s Kim Hayashi continued to dominate the Elite Womens class but she had to hold of Supercross’s Samantha Cools down the last straight to keep her streak alive. Cools rode in for 2nd ahead of Rachel ‘Thunder’ Smith. GT’s Joey Bradforda and Amanda Geving won their respective UCI junior classes. Redline’s Jason Carnes won Masters edging out GT’s Eric Rupe and Mike Kapes of Profile / J&R won the Super-Ex class.”"Day 2 of the Christmas Classic starts December 29 at 8am EST.
