“From a BMX News Reader: Thought it might be helpful for you to post that the I-15 from California to Nevada will be closed from 9:00 a.m. Friday 11/3/06 through 1:00 p.m. Sunday 11/5/06 for construction. There is a detour, but from what I hear it adds about 2 hours to the trip. The detour is at Devore, and if you can’t leave Thursday night or very early Friday you can detour, “”take (California state Route) 14 to (California state Route) 58 to Barstow,”" where drivers can pick up I-15 to Las Vegas. I got this info. online, so don’t guarantee the accuracy of the detour information.”.
