Dale Holmes Update

“This past weekend was the Mountainbike 4x National Championships in South Wales, UK. Even though I was still a little banged up and sore from the previous weekends crashes at the European BMX Championships, I decided to go and try defend my 4x British title I won last year. Friday went well and I qualified 1st. Saturday’s night race was late at night under floodlights with thousands of people lining the course to see who would be National Champion in 4x.”"I won all my qualifying rounds and won the semi final, giving me great confidence for the final. I came out the gate good and took the lead, only to get passed going through a turn a little to cautiously on my part, ending in 2nd place for the Championship.
