The three times State Champions, STAATS Puerto Rico; succeed in their effort to defend their title. Crank BMX got second position and Magic Wheels third on the competition.”"STAATS PR is the only Co-Factory team on Puerto Rico as of today. Norma Orsini is their Team Manager. She is the only manager to have been recognized with the Team Manager Award for her dedication and love for the sport. The team members are: Juan F. Del Valle, Melvin Reveron (Best Rider of 2005), Luis Tapia, Juan Rosa, Angel Gerena, Carlos A. Butler, Carlos Cabrera, Carlos O. Butler, Fernando Del Valle, Fernando J. Muoz, Nicole Prez, Alba L. Romn, Juan D. Del Valle and Bryan Tapia. On January 28 & 29, 2006 there will take place the RM59 TROPICAL NATIONAL this event well be joining forces with the Puerto Rico Cycling Federation and the NBL. For the event we expect the attendance of some of the best BMX riders in the world. It will have an Elite event.
